What is a Racklette Grill?

Racklette Grills first became popular is Switzerland and France. They are indoor grills that come with individul small pans for each grill participant. Simply prepare some sliced veggies and raclette cheese (other Swiss or French cheeses work as well). As soon the the individual pans have been heated the party guest can choose their own combiation of veggies, cheese, herbs and even wine to throw in thier pan and cook on the raclette grill. It is a similar experience to fondue, but a little more dynamic in that each person can create their own recipes. The raclette grill experience is a great way to bring fun dynamic conversation around your meal.
