Fondue Supplies

It is important to have the right kinds of fondue supplies if you are planning on having a get together that will include fondue. Some of the items that you might need to have include:

• Fondue forks – Fondue forks are especially nice to have during those times when you are serving more than one type of fondue. For example, if you are serving a cheese fondue as well as a chocolate fondue, you are not going to want to use the same fork for both. It is unlikely that your guests will appreciate a chocolate/cheese mixture. By having color coded fondue forks, you can help make sure that the fondues will not be mixed. In order to keep guests happy, this is one of the most important fondue supplies.

• Burners – If you have an electric fondue pot, this will not be a concern for you, but there are many fondue pots that are heated by burners or candles. One of the important things to remember before you start to make the fondue is that it is important that you have enough heating elements to last as long as you plan to feed your guests. Although some burners can last for hours, this is not always true. Also, if you plan to use candles, there is a good chance that you will want to stock up on these fondue supplies thanks to the fact that the candles may need to be changed often.

Each of these fondue supplies are important, but you may want to consider all supplies you need before you ever serve just to make sure that your guests will be happy.
