Having trouble placing an order online? Want to check on the status of your Fondue Pot set or accessory order? Call our friendly and knowledgeable customer service department and they can take your order over the phone, answer questions about existing orders and help with returns. Return Policy If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representative at CustomerService@fonduepotsets.com or call our dedicated customer service at 1-877.488.9985 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return. NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package without having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed.

We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item.

If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. We work hard to make your shopping experience at Fondue Pot Sets an enjoyable one. Lost or Missing Packages We utilize primarily UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship our products to customers. Occasionally we will use other companies, You can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages. Unless you the customer pre-requests a "Signature Required" delivery we rely on our shippers delivery confirmation via tracking numbers to determine that an order has been successfully delivered.

Occasionally customers will order products and not require a signature upon delivery and the package will be left on door step, back door, etc and the customer will not find the package due to theft or accidental loss. In these instances we, Fonduepotsets.com, will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company. If you have any concerns that your order or package will be removed from your residence or business prior to your taking possession after it is delivered we encourage you to call our customer service department at 877 488 9985 or email CusotmerService@Fonduepotsets.com prior to placing an order and specifying you want a "Signature Required" delivery. This is an especially good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past with missing packages. If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery we will take full responsibility of your delivery until the package has been signed for. Warranties Please note that Founduepotsets.com does NOT offer product warranties. However, most of our product-manufacturers offer warranties that can be obtained independently from them. Credit and Return Time Please give us some time to process your return/exchange.

It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Canceling Your Order If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 877 488 9985 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. Fondue Pot Sets reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
