Ingredients
Fondue:
3 Lbs beef , cubed 1/2inch
1/2 Lb of butter
3/4 cup of olive oil
Sauce:
3 Tbs Dijon mustard
9 Tbs Butter
4 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs dry white wine
Directions:
Heat the oil and butter for the beef in the fondue pot. Once the oil starts to bubble use fondue forks to fry the beef cubes in the oil for approximately 3 minutes. Once the meat is cooked to your preference, dip in the sauce and eat.
Sauce:
In saucepan, mix all ingredients at a medium high temperature. When butter has melted serve hot in sauce dishes for dipping.
